New level 105 equipment
Turn your old +9 item into new equipment
A shield, helmets for all four classes, two types of footwear, a belt and jewellery. Choose what your character needs: more damage against monsters, a chance to block normal attacks or protection against skills.
The new shield combines strength against monsters with 22% resistance against each of the four classes. Equipment can be upgraded to +9.
How to craft it: open Expedition → Equipment → Bonuses and recipe. You will find the eligible old +9 items, required materials and crafting NPC there. Visit the regular town Blacksmith for conversion and further upgrades. The original item's random bonuses and stones are preserved. Jewellery is crafted from materials; its recipes are in the same window.
Three trials — new challenges for your character
Citadel of Four Frontiers: five stages in ten minutes
Complete all four Expedition chapters to unlock the solo trials. Build your character, learn the mechanics and complete them without a party.
- Expedition Trial — from level 90. Your first victory awards a title: +5% against monsters and +3% against Metin stones.
- Veteran Trial — from level 105. Your account's first victory of the day awards 6 Hearts of the Frontier.
- Citadel of Four Frontiers — from level 105. Five stages in ten minutes. Your account's first victory of the day awards 10 Hearts of the Frontier.
Hearts of the Frontier are needed for the new equipment. Complete trials and gradually collect materials to strengthen your character.
Death ends the attempt without an experience penalty. After a disconnect, you have two minutes to return; the trial timer keeps running. If your inventory is full, the reward waits in Delivery. Daily rewards reset at 00:00 Moscow time.
Weekly orders
From level 105, orders are available in all four Expedition regions. Defeat three commanders or main bosses in each region.
Completing a region awards a Heart of the Frontier and materials. Complete all four for two additional Hearts and Dragon Dust. Progress is shared across your account. Orders reset on Mondays at 00:00 Moscow time.
Expedition II: play and earn permanent rewards

The new battle pass is available from level 90. It has 30 stages, with free and premium tracks. Complete tasks involving Metin stones, monsters, bosses and dungeons; your progress appears in the pass window.
All tasks are available immediately. The pass has no completion deadline or daily reset: progress at your own pace. Progress is shared by the characters on your account. Previous passes remain available.
Free track
The Dragon Legacy set, Stone Guardian pet and Ice Mammoth mount. This track includes a costume, hairstyle, weapon appearance of your choice, pet, mount and wings. All are permanent.
Premium track
The Golden Sovereign set, Little Demon pet and Golden Griffin mount. This track also includes six permanent rewards: a costume, hairstyle, weapon appearance, pet, mount and wings.
Major rewards on both tracks are available at stages 5, 10, 15, 22, 26 and 30. The stages between them offer useful consumables and materials.
Premium costs 999 MD and is unlocked once per account. You can buy it later and claim premium rewards for stages you have already completed; you do not need to start again.
After stage 30, premium PvE items become available for trophies: hairstyle — 100; costume and weapon appearance — 180 each; pet — 450; mount — 550.
More useful items in the Event Shop
Tokens can now buy shards for choosing a Cor at the Alchemist, Green Dragon Beans and a choice of regular bonus. This bonus selector cannot grant Average Damage or Skill Damage. Purchase limits are shown in the shop.
Some purchases now cost less: 7 days of Auto-Hunt — 120 tokens; a dungeon reset and Magic Stone — 40 each. Your accumulated tokens are preserved.
A smoother experience
- Updated login, character creation, loading screens, teleportation, Expedition and battle pass interfaces.
- The upgrade window shows the original item and the result. Confirmation no longer appears behind the window.
- Expedition recipes now clearly show the starting item, required materials and crafting NPC.
- The encyclopedia button in the dungeon window F10 opens WIKI. Expedition II Premium is available on the Item Shop's main page.
- Fixed darkened items and disappearing weapon effects in the preview. Restored the neck on two costumes.
- Fixed learning the ninth skill through the training window.
- Messages remain visible longer. Chat history retains the latest 800 messages from the current game session.
- Added settings for anti-aliasing, lighting, shadows, water and the FPS limit.
- Fixed enemy position synchronisation after hits and knockback in PvP.
- Updated translations and WIKI entries for new items, trials and the pass.
Where to begin after the update
Open Expedition to check your equipment recipes and available trials. From level 90, start Expedition II to earn rewards through your usual farming. At level 105, add trials and weekly orders to your routine; their Hearts of the Frontier are needed for new equipment.
