Beginner help

Starter kit and the separate Beginner Seal

Regular start

Every new character receives the full starter kit on first login. Legacy tasks are not required.

The first Legacy tasks in F5 offer optional consumables. Progress and each bonus claim are shared by the account.

Beginner Seal

An eligible new account receives the Beginner Help quest letter on first login. Choose one character and claim one Seal per account within 72 hours.

The character choice is final. Use the item twice in inventory; the second use within 30 seconds confirms the binding.

The bonus lasts seven real-time days, including offline time, or ends when the chosen character reaches level 90. Staying at level 89 does not extend it.

The Seal cannot be traded. Other characters on the account receive no bonus. The regular starter kit does not require it.

Bonuses by level

1–49: normal drop +20%, Metin damage +20%, boss damage +10%, five dungeon cooldowns -50%.

50–74: normal drop +12%, Metins +15%, bosses +7%, cooldowns -33%.

75–89: normal drop +7%, Metins +10%, bosses +5%, cooldowns -25%.

Auto-hunt receives 40% of the drop and damage bonuses; cooldown discounts are unchanged. Mixed parties use the smallest member discount.

The cooldown reduction applies to Monkey Dungeon, Demon Tower, Devil Catacombs, Dragon Lair and Spider Lair.

Farm statistics

Open F5 -> Farm statistics. Opening auto hunt also opens the statistics panel. Closing either panel only hides statistics; tracking continues.

The list shows received items, icons and quantities. Loot Yang and automatic sale proceeds are separate. Purchases, trades and moving inventory items do not count as loot. Using an item does not reduce the recorded quantity.

Pause stops tracking new gains. Enable resumes it. Press Reset twice within five seconds to clear statistics only.

Each character name has its own saved session in the farm_statistics folder of your client. Teleports, channel changes and relogging do not reset it. Copy this folder when moving to another computer or client directory. Tracked time only includes time spent in game while tracking is enabled.

Statistics do not grant rewards or change drop rates. They count successful pickups and direct auto pickups, and are not a complete separate record of chest and quest rewards.
